With over two decades of experience in yoga and holistic wellness, I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals discover their true potential through mindful living. I spent 10 enriching years at Jindal Steel nurturing wellness programs and the last 10 years as an independent yoga coach, guiding people from diverse fields — from Padma Shri award-winning dancers and AIIMS doctors to CEOs, Chairmen, and IAS officers — to find harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

Dr Rajesh Bhatia MBBS (AIIMS) MS (ENT) (AIIMS) Diplomate of National Board of ENT SENIOR CONSULTANT ENT SURGEON I am 68 years old. I joined yoga to improve after suffering from stroke. It was an ischemic stroke. Ischemia is caused due to deficient blood supply to the brain. It is because of plaque build up in the arteries due to extra thick blood. It’s because of old age particularly in those who smoke 🚬. This is shown in CT and MRI scans which were done ✔️ on 17.8.2017. My experience with Abhishek has been excellent. He never misses a class and reaches on scheduled time. You can almost set the time by the time he arrives. He understands your needs and reads psychology well. There has never been a dull moment ever since he started lending his services as a teacher. The transformation has been phenomenal and extraordinary. I have discovered a new me within myself. There is peace of mind. I don’t run after what is not beneficial to me. Patience is a virtue, he puts into practice not just preach it. I have realised that self is the more important than the family. Then comes the work. This has to be followed in that sequence. Ever since I am practising yoga I have become more comfortable with myself. I thank Abhishek for taking the pains in my regular yoga. I would have never seen this day. Science brought me back from coma. Yoga gave me my second life. Science and yoga complement each other. They give life a new meaning. Science gives you life, yoga helps to restore it to complete health.

New Delhi, India I have been a firm believer in the power of Yoga but had not learnt formally and would perform Surya Namaskar in early life. It got discontinued due to life’s preoccupations. Many months ago on the recommendation of a dear friend we, my husband and I began our Yoga classes, he is 64 and I am 62 with Shri Abhishek Pandey, a trained and certified Yoga teacher. It has been an absolutely reinvigorating journey since. A teacher very sensitive to his student needs he has helped us to become fitter, more disciplined and energetic. He combines all aspects of Yoga, the body, mind and soul in his regimens providing us with a complete, holistic experience. Yoga mornings are something we to look forward as Abhishek ji, though much younger to us mentors us, shares our life lessons and even guides us in our role post retirement from active service. He conveys a lot for our introspection with his childlike and testing demeanour telling us that we should take his advice as he is of our son’s age. Andrea Fanfani London, UK I tried Yoga a couple of times many years ago, but it did not catch me. Then, after a diagnosis of back pain it was suggested to me to try again Yoga. Via common friends I was put in touch with Abhishek and we started this journey. 
I started the Yoga’s journey with Abhishek in December 2024. Every week we have two lessons, quite intense and really focused on how to improve my back. He is a scrupulous teacher and fully committed to his role. 
Since I started to practice Yoga with Abhishek, I saw real benefits and improvements on my back. Each lesson is specifically focused on my back and how to improve flexibility and strength 
Even if I’m just at the beginning of my Yoga experience I really love it and I feel grateful for Abhishek support and commitment.

Ashish Chhabra London, UK I was constantly tired, always had reasons for not investing in my wellbeing- work, family responsibility, home chores etc. Over time I realized that my mental health was not great and it even started affecting my body. Was nearly going to have a surgery to relieve pressure in my spine, thankfully the surgeon diagnosed that it was pure stress that was causing all the symptoms. This happened on the day I was due to be operated! Decided that I needed help and thankfully a friend suggested to contact Abhishek ji. It is incredible how Abhishek ji understands the individual needs- articulated as well as unarticulated. I have now been with him for close to 5 years, still I am astounded every time he notices that I couldn't sleep well the night before within seconds of joining the class. The experience is beyond what I expected from a yoga class, it is a safe space where we discuss life, it's challenges, our blessings, while also having tailored yoga sessions every single time. He senses what the body's condition is on the day and subtly introduces different difficulty levels as per the day. I now look forward to the class! The diligence to attend to my body’s needs and the yoga class is now natural for me. This is a far cry from when I started when late nights were prioritized and I was ok with struggling to function the next day! The discipline is such a welcome change in my life. I feel that my energy levels are so much better, I am able to enjoy my family with full presence and have a much calmer state of mind throughout the week. It is exhilarating to realise that just 2 sessions in a week can have such a profound impact on my immunity, mood and overall health. Forever grateful to have been connected with Abhishek ji. I can find yoga poses online, I have been doing it long enough to be teaching a class, but, it's not the yoga poses alone which are the magic ingredient. It is knowing what to do, when! With these classes, I receive knowledge, get closer to our scriptures, and get a life coach and a friend all at the same time. Thanks a million for everything!
